NIPPON ROAD LINE PAINT is a Thermoplastic Acrylic Resin based paint. It is tough, fast-drying and weatherdurable coat formulated to withstand heavy wear for road and floor marking.

Recommendation for Use:
Surface Preparation
The surface must be clean, dry, free from grease, oil and any others foreign matter.
Recommended No. of Coats : 2 coats
Recommended Film Thickness per coat: 35 microns for dry film/71 microns for wet film
Theoretical Coverage at Recommended Film Thickeness: 14.0 m2 / liter (for dry film thickness of 35 microns)
Practical Coverage (20% Loss Factor): 11.2 m2 / liter (for dry film thickness of 35 microns)
Application Methods : Brush, roller, compressed air spray and airless spray
