FLOOR-ULTRA 5301 SB PU FINISH is a two-pack, solvent-based Polyurethane Finish based on the chemical reaction of the polyfunctional Acrylic Polyol and the Isocyanate based material with outstanding weathering resistance coating. It is specially designed finish coat for exterior and interior use over the appropriate primer for application on masonry and concrete substrate.
Non-skid quality available upon request.

Application Areas
Ideal to use at light duty indoor and outdoor exposures especially in car parks, walkways,
warehouses, garages and dry processing environments.

Solid Content, mixed 48 ± 2 % by volume (1)
Weathering Recommended for direct exposure to sunlight. It is always used as a finish coat in conjunction with FLOOR-PRO and FLOORULTRA primers
Temperature Dry service temperature range up to 100°C
Recommended Thickness per coat: 35 microns for dry film/ 73 microns for wet film
Paint Consumption: 0.07 L/m2/coat (for dry film thickness of 35 microns)
Theoretical Coverage: 13.7 m2/L/coat (for dry film thickness of 35 microns)
Thinning:
- Maximum 10% for brush and roller application
- Maximum 5% for airless spray application
Dilution Thinner: THINNER FLOOR-ULTRA PU
Cleaning Solvent: THINNER FLOOR-ULTRA PU
